The Approval Report (AR) is provided by the Independent Administrative Organization "Pharmaceuticals and Medical Device Agency" (PMDA) upon request from the Minister of MHLW. The Approval Report is one of the key documents for the deliberation of the Pharmaceutical Affairs and Food Safety Council (PAFSC).
