Content and delivery

1. Contents: All the content of the JAD - including the main JAD Database and the extended databases is dynamically-generated and exists only in electronic form. Documents purchased from the combined promotional offers of Database subscription and text documents are in PDF format.
2. Delivery: The JAD databases are delivered exclusively online and require Internet-connected computers. Customers, who have purchased a combination products under the subscription types B-D1 or AB-D1 (see Pricing) should expect to receive the document included in their subscription by email, and therefore there will no need to visit the JKS Documents Store to purchase the document separately.

Data use

All data in information in JAD Database are intended for end-users in pharma and life science industries, business intelligence providers, investment professionals, trade groups and business associations.

Eligibility

1. Corporate subscribers: The JAD Databases are intended exclusively for corporate and institutional customers.
2. Special cases of private subscribers: Non-affiliated customers like independent consultants or physicians should first inquire for eligibility by sending email to orders(at)jouhoukoukai.com.
3. Private individuals using anonymous email addresses or other customers whose identity is not verifiable are not encouraged to apply. For security reasons, JKS LLC retains the rights to refuse subscription / purchases of ineligible customers or to void subscriptions / purchases of unqualified customers.
